Direct support for our work comes generously from MetroHealth Foundation, which funds programs and projects in patient care, scientific and clinical research, and medical education. Our patients can travel to Cleveland, thanks to their support.

The mission of NINDS is to seek fundamental knowledge about the brain and nervous system and to use that knowledge to reduce the burden of neurological disease.  We have been successful in obtaining funding from NINDS for various stages of development of neuroprosthetic devices.
